Printing a document with Filer
Navigate to the SharePoint site where Filer is installed at your organisation.
Search for the record you are looking for using search, bookmarks, views or briefcases.
From the list of files in a particular record, select the file that you would like to print.
Select the ‘print’ icon.
Select the print settings that are relevant to your needs as the user. Users can change options on pages to print, print quality and adding a watermark to the print.
After clicking the ‘Print’ button, users will be select the printer you would like to print from and whether you want the print in colour or black and white.
Click ‘Print’ after selecting your printer, layout and colour options.
