Within this article we will cover how you can delete records against entities within a configuration.
Deleting Records
- Navigate to the Filer admin centre then select ‘Configuration’ from the left-hand menu.
- You will then see a pop up and from here select the configuration that you want to manage.
- You will notice the interface will change now to show the configuration that you are currently managing in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- From here select ‘Record Management’ from the side menu.
- Then select ‘Records’ from the headings across the top of the screen.
- You will be presented with this screen, from here you can filter the available records by the primary identifier of the entity the record sits with or the title of the record itself, you can also sort by the created date of the record.
- When you have found the record, you want to delete you can select the ellipses next to it and select ‘Delete’.
