How to add Trigr actions

Within this article we will cover how you can add the ability for users to run Trigr workflows from within Filer.

Adding Trigr actions

Navigate to the Filer admin centre then select ‘Configuration’ from the left-hand menu.

You will then see a pop up and from here select the configuration that you want to manage.

You will notice the interface will change now to show the configuration that you are currently managing in the top right-hand corner of the page.

From here select ‘Trigr Actions’ from the side menu

You will then be presented with a screen like the following from here select ‘Create’.

From this menu you can select from power automate workflows that use ‘Trigr’ triggers and can choose a title, description and message to be shown to be a user when they run this through Filer. If you select the date field above the area where you can select workflows you can filter the ones that are shown by date range. Once you have added all the information select ‘Save’.

You can edit and delete Trigr actions that you have added by selecting the ellipses next to the item and then choosing the desired option.
