Navigate to the SharePoint site where Filer is installed at your organisation.
Search for the record you are looking for using search, bookmarks, views or briefcases.
On the record click the ‘Refine Documents’ button.
As a user you can search for documents, filter for documents created within date periods, the title of document and the current approval status of the document. Once the user has inputted the required refinements, click the ‘Refine’ button.
Documents will be refined in your record based on the inputs in the refine documents area.
To reset refined documents, select the ‘Refine Documents’ button and click ‘Reset’. All documents in the record will appear.
