Creating a Document Bookmark

Create Document Bookmark

1. Navigate to the SharePoint site where Filer is installed at your organisation.

2. Search for the record you are looking for using search, bookmarks, views or briefcases.

3. On the record click the document that you would like to bookmark.

4. Click the ‘Bookmark’ icon in the left-hand options panel.

5. To view the bookmarked record, click the ‘Reset’ button in the top left ribbon.

6.This will navigate the user to the Filer home screen, Record bookmarks can be found in the ‘Bookmarks’ tab.

7.Click the drop-down icon to expand the record and see all documents contained that have been bookmarked.

Remove Bookmark

To remove a document bookmark, reverse step 4.
