Admin – Migration Log
A new report has been added into the Filer Administration App. This will display real-time updates for automated migrations.
Admin – Access Types
The permission structure has been redesigned to use a native SharePoint approach. This is applied at ‘Access Type’ level, mapped to a SharePoint library – moving away from an entity/document type level.
Admin – Emails sent via Microsoft Services
System notifications generated from within Filer are now sent via native Microsoft 365 services, removing SendGrid.
Front End – Document Triage
A document triage / IDP feature has been added – allowing records management to review and validate records prior to storage. Additionally, this functionality enables the deployment of AI models to automatically classify and extract record information.
Front End – Briefcase
This feature enables users to redact and export files from the system.
Front End – Content Search
A ‘Content Search’ feature has been enabled, allowing users to find keywords across all records.
Outlook Add-in – Attach from Filer
In addition to the ‘Send to Filer’ outlook Add-In, a new ‘Attach from Filer’ is now available.
